Purchasing Process
The following steps outline the purchasing process:
- After selecting a premium membership plan, the user must proceed to the checkout page, providing all necessary information including payment details.
- The user must review the order and agree to these Terms and Conditions before submitting the order.
- Upon submission of the order, a contract is formed, obligating the user to pay the price indicated for the selected membership plan.
Order Confirmation
Upon submitting an order, the user will receive a confirmation receipt. This receipt acknowledges that the order has been received and processed successfully.
If additional information or actions are required from the user (e.g., personal details), the order submission obligates the user to cooperate with these requests.
All relevant notifications and receipts will be sent to the email address provided by the user.
Prices

Subscription Termination

Termination requests must be received before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. Once terminated, the subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends, after which premium features will no longer be accessible.
Service Delivery
Access to premium features will be granted immediately upon successful payment. Users can access premium features through their account dashboard on the platform.
Refunds
Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Users should contact support if they believe a refund is warranted, and Applyrush reserves the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet our refund policy.
